Fiveways secures place on new HCC and TPPL Fleet Management Framework

Fiveways has been named as a successful supplier on the new Hertfordshire County Council and The Procurement Partnership Ltd Fleet Management Services and Supplies Framework.

The company has secured a place on Lot 1, Fleet Management Services, of Framework TPPLHCCFM01. The appointment will give public sector organisations across the UK a compliant route to access Fiveways’ fleet management expertise and support.

The 48-month framework has been developed by Hertfordshire County Council in partnership with The Procurement Partnership Ltd, known as TPPL. It is expected to commence in August 2026 and will be available to contracting authorities throughout the UK.

Eligible organisations include local and combined authorities, NHS bodies, emergency services, educational institutions, registered social housing providers, central government departments, charities and other public sector bodies.

Lot 1 covers a range of fleet management services, including scheduled and reactive maintenance, inspections, fleet compliance, rental coordination and wider operational support.

Fiveways specialises in municipal and commercial vehicles, supporting public sector and private fleet operators with flexible vehicle hire, fleet management, maintenance and 24/7 customer support.

The framework was procured through an open procedure under the Procurement Act 2023. Call-off contracts may be awarded through competitive selection processes or, where permitted, without reopening competition.

The announcement follows Fiveways’ recent appointment to the ESPO 218_26 Specialist Vehicle Contract Hire/Leasing framework, further strengthening the company’s position as a trusted supplier to public sector fleet operators.
